Returns and Exchanges:
To qualify for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any damage to the product will void your eligibility to return or exchange.
Request for a return or exchange must be filed within 3 days after receiving the order. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order and you have not filed for return or exchange then you will have forfeited your opportunity.
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will begin to release funds back to your form of payment.
We are not in control of how fast your refund is processed once we release payment. The processing time is determined by your credit card company or bank.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the unfortunate event occurs where your package claims it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the missing package. Then you will need to file a claim with USPS. We also will file a claim on your behalf and will reach out to keep you updated with the next steps regarding replacing or refunding your order.
Final sale and Gifts
All items that are marked final sale in the item description box will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Orders that are marked as gifts will be shipped with a special birthday card and wrapped in wrapping paper. Gift packages also will be given the option to have the packing slip and refund/exchange slip printed or emailed to the gift giver.
